Who knew granola could have so much flavor? These chai flavored roasted almonds, pumpkin seeds and coconut shreds and drenched with coconut butter and maple syrup and spiked with a powerful chai blend.

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups raw almonds 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shreds 2 tbsp maple syrup 3 tbsp coconut butter 1 tbsp Countertop Foods Chai Seasoning Blend

Directions

Combine melted coconut butter, maple syrup and chai spice blend. Pour the mixture over almonds, pumpkin seeds and coconut shreds and coat well. Spread onto baking sheet and bake at 325 F for approx. 25 minutes or until slightly toasted.
